Beautiful indoor ponds and artistic decor.

Our stay was quite disappointing. We reserved a Junior Suite, expecting spaciousness and comfort, but the room we received was cramped and lacked basic amenities, not even having a proper place for our suitcase. When we complained, the staff was unhelpful and indifferent, brushing off our concerns with a dismissive attitude. This was not the quality we had anticipated after seeing the photos online.

The room had elegant decor and large shower. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit options. No ceiling fan made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Perfect location near the arch also allowed easy access to walking tours.
